| Linux on S/390 and zSeries mainframes has now had three years to mature, and patterns have emerged from real-world experience to tell us what types of projects are good candidates for mainframe Linux server consolidation. We have also learned what project types don't work well. This presentation will examine what's been learned and will briefly explore the relationship between mainframe Linux consolidation and other server consolidation alternatives. | |
