| In the final chapter of recent service related CAVMEN presentations,
the speaker will provide a detailed look into the world of online support
function provided by IBM.
Focusing primarily on the IBMLink products, he
will be reviewing all of the major service related functions, including
the proper techniques for searching out APAR's and ordering VM PTF's
online.
Also discussed will be the differences in the various flavors
of IBMLink, and how they relate to the function provided by the Tech
Support website, which was discussed in the April CAVMEN meeting.
The speaker will also address some of the recent service related confusion
seen on the VM LISTSERV, and clarify IBM's future direction in this area.
